Born and raised on the western shore of Lake Como, she knows every village, every hidden path and every story that makes this place unique. Although she has travelled extensively and still has a long list of destinations to discover, Lake Como remains the place she will always call home.

A fully licensed Italian real estate agent, Sara is a member of FIAIP (Italian Federation of Professional Real Estate Agents). Her passion for international real estate also led her beyond Italy, becoming a member of the National Association of REALTORS® (NAR) in the United States and earning the prestigious Certified International Property Specialist (CIPS) designation. This international perspective allows her to confidently guide buyers and sellers from all over the world while understanding the expectations, cultures and approaches of different markets.

Over the years, she has personally assisted hundreds of international buyers and sellers, becoming a trusted point of reference for clients from all over the world looking to buy or sell on Lake Como.

Today, Sara spends as much time developing Lakeside as she does selling properties. She firmly believes that a real estate agency should be built on expertise, transparency and long-term relationships rather than simply transactions. Her attention to detail is evident in everything she does, from marketing and photography to international negotiations and legal documentation.

She is constantly looking for ways to improve, innovate and raise the standards of the company, while investing a great deal of time in mentoring and supporting her team. Watching people grow professionally is one of the achievements she values most.

Languages have always been one of her greatest passions. Sara speaks Italian, English and French, has a basic knowledge of Russian, and is currently learning Norwegian. Every international client is an opportunity to discover a new culture, a different perspective, and an even better way to communicate. For her, building genuine connections across cultures is one of the most rewarding aspects of working in international real estate.

Away from work, Sara finds inspiration in the things that make her feel most connected to nature and beauty. She has a deep appreciation for art and architecture, enjoys listening to classical music, and loves spending quiet evenings observing the night sky through her telescope. Whenever she has the chance, you'll find her skiing or ski touring in the mountains, wandering through forests, or simply enjoying the silence of nature. Few things make her happier than the combination of mountains, woods and the waters of Lake Como.

Elisa has been part of Lakeside since the very beginning. She joined the team at a young age, shortly after completing her studies, and has grown alongside the company, becoming one of its most valued professionals and a trusted point of reference for both colleagues and clients.

Her greatest strength, however, goes far beyond organisation. Elisa has a rare ability to genuinely care for people. Outside the office, she loves surrounding herself with flowers, especially orchids, and has developed a genuine passion for photography. Her phone is filled with hundreds of images of Lake Como: dramatic sunsets, rainbows, reflections on the water, extraordinary clouds and the ever-changing colours that make the lake unique every single day.

A few years ago, Elisa fulfilled a personal dream by purchasing her own home on Lake Como, a place she is deeply proud of and considers a true reflection of her connection with the area.

Luciano has been part of the Lakeside Real Estate story since the very beginning. Together with Sara, he believed in the project from day one, helping to establish the company and supporting its growth year after year with expertise, vision and unwavering dedication.

After graduating in Civil Engineering from the Polytechnic University of Milan, Luciano chose to broaden his professional experience internationally. He began his engineering career in London, where he also refined his English, before spending time working in Poland. These experiences shaped the open-minded, dynamic and international approach that continues to define the way he works today.

Over the years, Luciano has become a trusted point of reference for hundreds of clients on Lake Como thanks to his technical expertise, in-depth knowledge of the area and remarkable ability to find solutions, even in the most complex situations. He has overseen projects of every scale, from the restoration of prestigious historic villas to smaller residential renovations, guiding clients through every stage of the process.

His role extends far beyond engineering. Luciano coordinates construction companies, craftsmen, architects, surveyors and other professionals, turning every project into a well-organised team effort. For many clients, he acts as a true project manager, overseeing every detail—from technical documentation and planning to on-site supervision—while providing regular updates through reports and video calls, even when property owners are on the other side of the world.

Pragmatic, hardworking and solution-oriented, Luciano is never discouraged by a challenge. Instead, every new project is an opportunity to find the best possible way to bring it to life.

Away from work, Luciano reconnects with nature. He enjoys the mountains, the silence and the open spaces, but also appreciates activities that allow him to release the energy of a demanding working day. Whether he's at the gym, working around his home, tending to his garden, chopping wood or hiking mountain trails, he is happiest when he's outdoors. It's no surprise that one of his favourite films is Into the Wild—a story that perfectly reflects his deep connection with nature and his appreciation for freedom.

Veronica joined Lakeside Real Estate in early 2025 and, in a remarkably short time, earned the trust of both clients and colleagues, becoming a valued member of the team.

Born and raised on the shores of Lake Como, she has always been surrounded by the beauty of the area she now proudly introduces to clients from all over the world. After graduating from a Language High School, she chose to further explore the world of fashion and design in Milan, developing a refined aesthetic sense that continues to shape the way she sees and presents every property.

Languages are one of Veronica's greatest strengths. She speaks English, German and French fluently, effortlessly creating genuine and natural connections with clients from different countries from the very first meeting.

What truly sets Veronica apart, however, is something else entirely. She has an exceptional memory and a remarkable natural ability to match people with properties. She remembers clients' wishes, priorities and preferences months after first meeting them, often without needing to consult any CRM or database. Every time a new property joins the Lakeside portfolio, she already knows exactly which clients might be looking for a home just like it. Even more impressively, her instinct is right more often than not.

This unique intuition, combined with her determination, allows her to create meaningful connections between people and homes. Veronica approaches every property search with patience, consistency and genuine commitment, always focused on finding the right home for the right person.

Alongside her role as a property consultant, Veronica also contributes to the growth of the Lakeside brand by helping manage the company's communication and social media. Sharon joined Lakeside Real Estate in 2024, initially through a school work-experience programme and later as an intern. From her very first day, she stood out for her exceptional curiosity and genuine passion for the real estate world—a passion that began in childhood, when she would accompany her grandfather to construction sites, unknowingly learning to see homes through a different perspective.

For Sharon, every day is an opportunity to learn something new. From property viewings and negotiations to assisting international clients and preparing documentation, she approaches every experience with enthusiasm, humility and an extraordinary desire to grow. One of the moments that made us most proud was her final school project, entirely inspired by her experience at Lakeside. In her dissertation, she explored the journey of a visitor who arrives on Lake Como as a tourist and, after falling in love with the area, chooses to become both a property owner and an investor. It was a thoughtful piece of work that combined human, economic, tourism and real estate perspectives with remarkable maturity, leaving the entire team genuinely moved.

Anyone who meets him immediately notices his infectious enthusiasm. Always smiling, quick with a joke, and naturally easy to get along with, he has a unique ability to make both owners and guests feel at ease. At the same time, behind his cheerful personality is a highly responsible, reliable, and dedicated professional who takes exceptional care of every property entrusted to him.

His main focus is property management and short-term holiday rentals, ensuring that each home is maintained to the highest standards and that every guest enjoys a memorable stay. Over the years, his commitment, professionalism, and genuine care have earned him the trust and appreciation of both our clients and their guests.

When he isn't working, chances are you'll find him on his bike. His day usually starts around 6:30 a.m., cycling through the roads and mountain climbs surrounding Lake Como. A passionate cyclist, he knows every corner of the area—and after every ride, there's one tradition he never skips: a refreshing swim in the lake... even in the middle of winter.

In our offices you can also find Pepito, our four-legged little mascotte. He can smell if the property you are looking at is a good deal or not.
