The use of the addresses/telephone or fax numbers/emails for promotional or marketing ends is strictly forbidden. Everyone who will send this kind of materials without permission will be punished.

This Privacy Policy for the use of the website www.lakesideimmobiliare.com (hereinafter referred to as "Website") is valid as of 25 May 2018.
Lakeside Real Estate Srl (Piazza Roma 4, 22010 Argegno - Como), in its capacity of data controller (hereinafter also referred to as “Lakeside''), informs users that personal data is processed when this Website is used, in particular the following:
personal data (e.g. email address, first name, last name, title, address, telephone number - hereinafter referred to as "data" or "personal data") that is made available by users in case of registration on the Website (e.g. in the context of contact requests and newsletter mailings);
personal data transmitted by the user’s internet browser each time the Website is accessed, which is stored in the form of log files, also known as server log files. This data includes: Internet Protocol (IP) address of the accessing computer; the name of the accessed page; the date and time of access; referring URL from which the user accesses the page; the amount of transferred data; status message for successful access; session ID number.

Purposes of the processing
Lakeside as the data controller processes the personal data of the user of the Website for the following purposes:
